Ways We Help
We empower communities to STOP trafficking.
Go Against Traffick is building a safe, anti trafficking model community. Together with other nonprofits we are a resource to END human trafficking. How? Through educated awareness training each citizen becomes a resource to take action and STOP trafficking in Northeast Georgia. This model is being built to share with other communities.
Through Awareness Education
With this initiative, our goal is to train every business, educator, resident, healthcare professional, child, church, and youth. They will know what to be aware of for their own safety as well as the safety of others. Eyes on the streets. Victims will also have a means to reach out for help. Reporting and rescue tools will be available through out the community.
Become A Resource
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find strategies to deal with trafficking at a local level. Awareness training, tools to report or be rescued, and an engaged network of other resources, we will STOP trafficking in our community. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.
Take Action
At Go Against Traffick, we are dedicated to addressing this issue. Through training, reporting tools, fitness events, support of local businesses, and other actions, a community can END this.  We are a network resource to STOP IT. We invite you to learn more because there is a way you can lend your support.
"Do not be daunted by the enormity of the world's grief. Do justly, NOW. Love mercy, NOW. Walk humbly, NOW. You are not obligated to complete the work, but neither are you free to abandon it. "

Our Story
Behind the Scenes
We started with a goal to raise money for anti trafficking causes - to help others nonprofits. But God had a plan for Go Against Traffick to go all in. He wanted us to take part in this fight by carving out a crucial piece of what is needed to end this $32 billion criminal industry...human trafficking. Our task is to address it at a community level. April Brass has been living in Northeast Georgia and raising her family here since 2010. With 25 + years in marketing and business development, 15+ years in nonprofit work and 10+ years in event management, our founder has been preparing for this her whole life.

Community Meetings
It Starts Here
We host local community meetings. They are intended to give a status report of trafficking - locally, state wide, nationally and worldwide. Local statistics can be used to demonstrate what needs addressing. Go Against Traffick will focus its efforts on trafficking areas that require the most help and how a community can get involved to STOP IT. We will share what programs we offer the community. We also invite guest speakers to discuss their cause or nonprofit so as to better inform our community about all the ways we are able to address trafficking. Check our events section to find out the date of our next Community Meeting.
STOP IT Awareness Training
